Adventure in America or a Life Plan? – The Brasilians

Adventure in America or a Life Plan?

We live in times when our health prioritizes green spaces, grass to release energy, and a light freshness of sky with minimal pollution. Factors that are almost impossible in large metropolises due to the overvaluation of real estate and the development that big cities offer, the cost of housing increases and the spaces decrease more and more.

In the United States, Atherton in California leads the list of the most expensive ZIP codes in America. New York is in 3rd place in the ranking with the most expensive square meter in the world, and the estimate is that with 1 million dollars you can buy only 25m2. A reality far removed for most Brazilians who decide to change countries in hopes of a better life. Of course, there are neighboring cities and more affordable options, so everything needs to be studied very carefully.

In Brazil, São Paulo ranks 19th with the most expensive properties in the world. In the Brazilian metropolis, the most expensive neighborhood to buy a property is Vila Nova Conceição, where the price per square meter can reach 16 thousand reais.

If you are encouraged to live in a smaller space, but on the other hand, have a lifestyle where everything around you works in an inverse manner to the reality of Brazil, the rising cost of real estate becomes a detail compared to what you can achieve in American cities. Public transportation, for example, is considered one of the most efficient in the world. Shopping centers become even more attractive because the cities accommodate large department stores with extremely affordable prices.

But it is worth remembering that Brazil is incomparable in its natural wealth, which, on the other hand, remains just a tourist detail, since the economy ends up pushing many people who are eager to maintain a more solid relationship with their careers to determine a future plan outside Brazil. Always emphasizing and alerting that the rules have changed and the ease of working in the United States is not under such lenient laws for immigrants. The best decision when changing countries is to receive support from a company that takes you to other places. The time of “adventurers” has come to an end, and the American dream needs to be conquered day by day, and its beginning can be Brazil.
