Jay Milder Inaugurates New Art Exhibition in MA

A new exhibition by Jay Milder opens on September 27 at PAAM – Provincetown Museum, MA, curated by art historian Adam Zucker and supported by art collector Richard Fuchs. The solo exhibition features 37 paintings that will be on display until October 30, 2019. Milder was appointed as Cultural Ambassador between Brazil and America in 2009.The exhibition by Jay Milder will trace a line from his Noah’s Arc series from 1958 through the 1960s. During the 1970s, Milder will showcase Figurative Expressionism. In the 1980s, the paintings feature heavy impasto as phenomenology. From the 1990s to 2000 and up to now, the period displays his Kabbalistic Numerology. All these artistic periods reflect his concerns with graffiti, whether polyphonic or not.

Milder is based in Soho, New York, and has exhibited in many countries around the world.
