It’s High Summer Season in Brazil! – The Brasilians

It’s High Summer Season in Brazil!

There are beaches in Brazil among the most beautiful in the world. Some landscapes are heavenly, with blue water and white sand. From the Northeast to the South, the options are almost endless, making the country one of the most sought-after destinations in the world when it comes to this subject.
Baía do Sancho
In the archipelago of Fernando de Noronha, in the state of Pernambuco, this place has been voted the best beach in the world for the second consecutive time by users of the TripAdvisor website. Isolated, it is covered by native vegetation and allows boats to stop for swimming, without harming the reef. Tourists need to pay attention to the sea turtle nesting season (from January to June), when visitation is prohibited between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Pipa
In the Northeast, Pipa beach is also an international reference. In the city of Tibau do Sul, it represents the main resort on the southern coast of the state of Rio Grande do Norte. Located 85 km from the capital, Natal, Pipa was a quiet fishing village until it was included in the circuit of surfers and tourists from all over the world. The name of the beach was given by the Portuguese, who saw rocks shaped like a pipe in the neighborhood (in Portugal, it would be something like a wine or olive oil barrel).
Ubatuba Beaches
Ubatuba, in the state of São Paulo, on the other hand, offers more than 100 beaches. The most famous are Maranduba, Itamambuca, Lázaro, Enseada, Perequê, Vermelha, Grande, and Saco da Ribeira. The city, located in the coastal region of the state of São Paulo, also houses islands such as Couves and Anchieta.
Praia de Lopes Mendes
Considered one of the most beautiful in Brazil, Lopes Mendes beach is located on the ocean side of Ilha Grande, in the municipality of Angra dos Reis, in the state of Rio de Janeiro. With about 3 km in length, it is characterized by fine white sand and shallow, transparent waters in shades of blue, and is completely uninhabited. The marine fauna also attracts divers.
Trancoso Beaches
The district of Trancoso is located in Porto Seguro, on the coast of Bahia. It gathers 10 beautiful beaches: Curuípe, Espelho, Patimirim, Itapororoca, Itaquena, Praia dos Nativos, Praia dos Coqueiros, Rio da Barra, Rio Verde, and Taipe. Other beaches in Bahia that also attract visitors’ interest are in the villages of Itacaré and Itaparica.
