Known for its naturist section and for becoming the first beach in Brazil to allow naturism by municipal law, Tambaba Beach, located in the municipality of Conde, has received another title: the “most international” of beaches in this segment.
The designation comes from the editor and publicist of the Brasil Naturista portal, Carina Moreschi. According to her, Tambaba Beach has great natural beauty and is fresh throughout the year. “There are rocks at the edge of the beach that form natural pools with seawater. It has good infrastructure, with a restaurant and inn,” the expert highlighted. Carina emphasized that Tambaba is the most well-known naturist beach abroad, in addition to having hosted the 310th International Naturism Congress.
The Paraíba Tourism Company (PBTur) views the spontaneous testimonials from journalists and industry experts as positive for tourism in Paraíba.
Tambaba beach became famous for being the first official nudist beach in the Northeast in 1991. The beauty of the place draws attention: the strip of sand is small but surrounded by cliffs, restinga vegetation, and coconut trees.
Through the main access, there is a small section designated for those who prefer to wear swimwear. After that, there is a bar and some rocks that mark the beginning of the 300 meters of the beach designated for nudism.
Unaccompanied men are not allowed to enter (filming or photographing is also not permitted).
