With 121 days remaining until the opening match of the 48th edition of the CONMEBOL Copa América USA 2024, CONMEBOL announced that starting Wednesday, February 28, at 10 a.m. (local time for each stadium), fans will be able to purchase tickets for the group stage, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and third-place match of the oldest national team tournament on the planet.
The tickets for the final at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL, will be available at a later date.
The CONMEBOL Copa América 2024 will take place in 14 cities across the United States from June 20 to July 14, 2024. The 14 stadiums spread across 10 states on the East Coast, Central Zone, and West Coast will be adorned with the colors and imagery of this new edition of one of the continent’s most exciting tournaments.
This time, the CONMEBOL Copa América will feature 32 matches over 25 days of competition and 16 participating teams, 10 from CONMEBOL and six from Concacaf as guests.
The group stage will be held from June 20 to July 2, followed by the quarter-finals from July 4 to 6, the semi-finals on July 9 and 10, the third-place match on July 13, and finally, the final in Miami on July 14.
Tickets will be available to the general public on February 28 through the official website copaamerica.com. Fans are advised to secure their preferred seats as early as possible.
The official draw for the group stage, which divided the 16 participating teams into four groups, was held on December 7, 2023, in Miami, Florida. The four groups are as follows:
• Group A: Argentina, Peru, Chile, and Concacaf 5.
• Group B: Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Jamaica
• Group C: United States, Uruguay, Panama, and Bolivia
• Group D: Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, and Concacaf 6
The remaining Concacaf teams will be decided in a Play-In of the Concacaf Nations League between Canada and Trinidad and Tobago (Concacaf 5) and Costa Rica and Honduras (Concacaf 6) on March 23, 2024. The winner of each match will qualify for the group stage of the CONMEBOL Copa América USA 2024.
