Brazil Launches New Tourist Experiences Platform – The Brasilians

Brazil Launches New Tourist Experiences Platform

Embratur has launched the “Feel Brasil” project, a new platform that highlights the country’s main attractions. Feel Brasil is a partnership with Sebrae Nacional and showcases iconic destinations across the country.

Feel Brasil is a curated selection of 101 experiences across all 27 Brazilian states.

Of these, 59% are led by women, and more than 80% involve inclusive teams and a commitment to social and environmental sustainability.

The program aims to increase the average tourist spend and diversify tourist destinations, says Embratur president Marcelo Freixo.

“With the success of Feel Brasil, the country gains more international competitiveness by attracting tourists seeking unique and sustainable experiences.”

“At the same time, we are promoting development and encouraging job and income generation for local communities,” he added.

About 70% of the featured experiences are from small businesses.

Bruno Reis, Embratur’s Director of International Marketing, Business, and Sustainability, said: “We don’t just want to map them; we want to nurture these experiences, understanding which markets they best suit through commercial intelligence.”

From Bahia, the “Caminho dos Orixás” experience was presented by entrepreneur Nilzete dos Santos.

“It was a big dream to see Embratur promoting and Sebrae dedicating itself to showing how much we, small entrepreneurs, are part of the tourism chain,” she said.

Sebrae Nacional president Décio Lima said: “We want to showcase tourist experiences from across the country. With this, we are positioning Brazil as a diverse destination – whether nature tourism, experiences in indigenous communities, or sun and beach tourism.”

Through Feel Brasil, a qualified international audience will have access to these experiences, expanding visibility in global markets.

These actions will be implemented in stages until the end of 2025.
