The Carnival festivities have energized the economy, created jobs, and attracted visitors across all regions of Brazil.

The city of Rio de Janeiro estimated 1.1 million Brazilian and foreign tourists who enjoyed the celebration, generating a financial movement of around R$ 3 billion.

Are you ready for the Rio Carnival of 2018? Next year, Carnival officially starts on Friday, February 9, and ends on Fat Tuesday, February 13.
