New Electronic Scheduling at the Miami Consulate – The Brasilians

New Electronic Scheduling at the Miami Consulate

The Consulate-General in Miami will provide a new electronic system for scheduling consular services. The new system will have a schedule with service offerings starting from May 21.

The current scheduling system via the Appointy website (cgmiami.appointy.com) will have its schedule open until May 18. Services to be scheduled for dates starting from May 21 will only be available in the new system at miami.econsular.com.

The new system does not immediately offer available dates for scheduling. Brazilian citizens must submit the necessary documentation for each service through the system (upload it). Once the documentation is evaluated and validated, the schedule for booking the service will be opened.

1) Log in to the e-consular system (miami.econsular.com) with your email.

2) Next, a message from e-consular will be sent to your email. Access the link in the email message to enter the system. Attention: entry into the scheduling system will only be possible through the confirmation link sent by e-consular. Each time you enter e-consular, it will be necessary to validate the email and wait for the access link.

3) Choose the service. An electronic form will open requesting the necessary information and documentation.

4) Fill in the information and upload the required documentation as requested in each field of the electronic form.

5) Complete the service. Note: it will only be possible to finalize the service when all information and documents have been entered.

6) Wait for the validation message from the Consulate-General team or a request for additional information. Attention: the validation message will not be immediate. Please be patient and wait for communication from the Consulate-General.

7) If the electronic form is incomplete, the Consulate-General team will send a message indicating what is missing. Repeat steps 1 to 6 and provide the requested information.

8) If you receive a validation message, your request has been accepted. The message will contain a link to access the service schedule.

9) Schedule your service on the desired date.

The Consulate-General serves the public only via email. There is no telephone service. For passport inquiries, send an email to: passaporte.miami@itamaraty.gov.br; and for consular services: consular.miami@itamaraty.gov.br
