Its stars Steven Yeun (lead actor) and Ali Wong (lead actress) won awards, and creator Lee Sung Jin received honors for writing and directing it.Synopsis: A 10-episode dramedy, “Beef” unfolds after a traffic accident between two strangers. Danny Cho, a failed contractor with a “weight on his shoulders,” confronts Amy Lau, an entrepreneur who grew up alone and has a picturesque life. The series is on Netflix.
