Fifteen years ago, a band from Brasília was reinventing itself in the most unlikely and unpretentious way possible. The catalyst for this second coming was an MTV Unplugged, recorded without excessive production, but with a commercial result beyond any expectations: over two million CDs sold.
The Capital Inicial of the 80s became the Capital Inicial of the new millennium, even leaving some early hits behind along the way. With the titular on guitar, Yves Passarell, and the partnership between Dinho Ouro Preto and songwriter Alvin L, the group recorded five albums of new material, one EP, and a project reviving the work of the seminal Aborto Elétrico.
