The New Face of Rock n’ Roll – The Brasilians

The New Face of Rock n’ Roll

Born in the small town of Barretos-SP, a city naturally dominated by sertanejo hits due to the Festa do Peão, Daniel Syn goes against the grain of popular sound, enchanting the audience with good old Rock n’ Roll.

Musician, composer, performer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and arranger, Daniel began studying music at the age of 8. By 10, he started accompanying his brother’s band at shows and rehearsals, where he would carry the instruments, and in return, his brother would let him play one or two songs while he rested. For Daniel, the important thing was to have a few minutes on stage.

At 15, Daniel formed his first band with some friends. By this time, he already had songs of his own. He signed his first contract with a music manager at 17 (with his parents’ permission), beginning to feel the responsibilities of the professional music scene. With a wealth of international experience, Daniel has played in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the Republic of Ireland, and Bolivia.

He spread his music through subways, squares, pubs, and private parties. Daniel composed, produced, and arranged various works for orchestras, sertanejo duos, and TV programs. He shared the stage with several bands from Brazil, such as RPM, Capital Inicial, Paralamas do Sucesso, Tihuana, and Ventania. Notably, he had the experience of sharing the stage with Mark Ramone and The Intruders. With a sound leaning towards Pop Rock/Hard Rock, Daniel’s repertoire includes classics ranging from Erasmo Carlos to Skid Row, pleasing both the young audience and the ‘old school’.

Recently, Daniel released two singles: “Time Will Go On” and “The Rock and Roll Velcro,” available on YouTube, with the first being a romantic ballad, and the second, as the name suggests, a great rock n’ roll track.

More successes are on the way, just stay tuned to his Facebook page and YouTube channel!
