Bruno Martini, one of the biggest producers and DJs today and owner of hits like “Hear Me Now” and “Sun Goes Down,” teams up with Vitor Kley, the author of the hit “O Sol,” which has already reached 32 million views on YouTube. For the first time performing together, they released the single “Morena,” a pop track with electronic influences. The song features the voice and guitar of singer Vitor Kley, who defined the collaboration with Bruno as the perfect combination:
“It was a union of forces. We both like good music, without prejudice. He brought a more international vibe, I added my guitar and voice, we merged the two worlds. Besides, he is an amazing producer, records with the best, like Timbaland. He’s a genius.”
The producer, who has a long-standing passion for electronic music, says he does not limit himself to the electronic genre and has always worked with different musical styles:
“I started my career at 15 years old, spent five years working for Disney, and did a super cool project producing songs that became themes for movies and TV series, worked for other artists, recorded two Disney albums, and made a lot of pop music as well. For the song “Morena,” we brought influences from samba rock, we tried to create something very ‘brazuca,’ and since I’ve already worked with Timbaland, I also brought influences from hip hop and early music to try to make a different and unique sound,” said Bruno.
The song is already available on all digital platforms.
