On August 28, 2019, the Consulate General of Brazil in New York will hold a workshop titled “How to Start a Business in the United States” in Newark (NJ), at the headquarters of the organization Mantena Global Care. The event is organized by the Commercial Promotion Sector of the Consulate and will feature the following speakers:
Peter Fleischmann (SCORE), Cláudia Yarborough – (SBA), Júlio de Paula – (Jefferson Printing), Lidia de Freitas (City of Newark), Alan Douglas (ABD CPA), Letícia dos Santos – (ABD CPA), Vitoria Pinhas – (Pinhas Law P.C), Renata Conte – (Pinhas Law P.C) and Adriana Moura – (Grupo Mulheres do Brasil).
The goal of the workshop is to guide the audience who wishes to invest in the United States or strengthen their businesses in the American market, improving the technical knowledge and results of the companies they run. It is also expected to generate additional demand for value-added Brazilian products in the American market and investments in Brazil.
This workshop is part of a series of events that the Consulate General of Brazil in New York holds in the areas under its jurisdiction aimed at supporting the Brazilian entrepreneurial community. It all started with the launch of the guide “How to Start a Business in the USA,” directed at this business segment.
