We inform you that Avianca Brazil will discontinue its flights from Brazil to the United States and vice versa, starting March 31, 2019.
We request that all passengers who purchased their tickets through BACC Group (BACC Travel, Brazilian Travel Service, Clickandfly, and Brazilianexpress), or at any of our branches (Newark-NJ, Danbury-CT, and Boston-MA), with departure and arrival dates after March 31, contact our offices and preferably speak with the agent from whom they purchased. If you made your purchase online, please speak with the online department so we can contact Avianca Brazil and initiate the rebooking process. If the passenger has not used any part of the ticket and does not accept the options offered by Avianca Brazil, the airline will authorize a refund (*) of the payment made at the time of ticket purchase through BACC Group. This is in accordance with ANAC resolution 400.
(*) If the passenger has already used part of the ticket, the return to their city of origin must be within the options offered by Avianca Brazil. If the passenger does not accept any of the options offered by Avianca Brazil, there will be no refund for the portion of the ticket that was not used.
