MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) nominees were announced on Tuesday (6), and Taylor Swift led among them.
Swift received ten nominations, mainly for her black and white music video for the single “Fortnight” from her album “The Tortured Poets Department”.
Her featured artist on that track, Post Malone, followed closely behind with nine nods.
Other artists who received multiple nominations include Olivia Rodrigo, Lisa from Blackpink, Dua Lipa, Tyla, GloRilla and Aniita.
Yes, the Brazilian received 3 nominations. Two for best Latin video (Mil Veces and Bellakeo) and one for best editing (Mil Veces). She is the only Brazilian nominated in 2024.
The VMAs will be broadcast live from the UBS Arena in Elmont, New York, on September 10 at 8 pm ET/PT.
